Dr. Russell Crosier, OD![]() Dr. Crosier is a graduate of Baylor University and received his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry. As an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist, he is practicing at the highest level of his profession. He is a member of the Texas Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and is a past-president of the Tarrant County Optometric Society. Dr. Crosier was born in Arlington, Texas, and is the proud father of Robbie and Elisabeth. |
Susan Crosier, Business ManagerSusan is the wife of Dr. Crosier. She received her BBA from Baylor University in Business Management, and she received her MBA from the University of Houston. Susan is in charge of buying and maintaining the frame inventory as well as managing the day to day business needs of the practice. |
Michelle Hatfield, OpticianMichelle has over 23 years experience as an optician. She is American Board of Opticians certified and has extensive knowledge of new and cutting edge optical products. Michelle holds a business degree from Tiffens University. |
Sue Hutton, ReceptionistSue was a teacher 19 years and decided to make a career change. Her organizational and people skills are an asset to our practice. She holds a degree in education with a math minor from the University of North Texas. |
Brooke Carrasco, Optometric TechnicianBrooke is a National Certified Contact Lens Technician (NCLEC) and is also Certified by the Texas Deptment of State Health Services as a contact lens technician. She is an Academy Fellow Member of the National Academy of Opticianry(FNAO)and has become an indispensable member of our team with extensive cross training in our clinic and optical areas. She has also completed her Associates Degree. |
Karla Crossnoe, Optometric TechnicianKarla previously worked for Dr. Crosier from 1997-2002. She took some time-off to pursue other interests, but we are happy she returned in 2007. She not only has comprehensive patient care, contact lens and optical knowledge, but she also has taken on a new role as our insurance liaison. |
Linda Horne, Optometric TechnicianLinda comes to us from an education background. She holds a undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Counseling both from TCU. She is a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor. She spent 15 years as a teacher and 13 years as an school counselor. She has enjoyed the transition from education to an entirely new field. Her favorite part is working with our patients. She helps us do everything from patient care to frame inventory management. |
